S&A Property Management is full-service Property Management, Asset Management and Lease Management Company. Established in 1999, we provided a full complement of property management, leasing management for office, commercial, medical and retail properties in Northern California (Bay Area)

We are licensed by California Department of Real Estate and State of Washington Department of Licensing. We have staff that are Certified Property Manager, Registered Property Manager and Professional Property Management Certification.
